NAFP Foundation

The Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians Foundation (NAFP/F) was incorporated as the Family Health Foundation of Nebraska in 1986 and as the NAFP/F in April 1993, as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, not-for-profit foundation of the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians (NAFP). The Foundation is head-quartered in the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians office in Omaha.

The Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians Foundation supports research and education activities that serve to enhance the quality of health care in Nebraska. It is chartered by the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation which is head-quartered in Leawood, Kansas.
