CALL FOR FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENT CASE PRESENTATIONS!

What: Case Presentation at the Nebraska Academy of Family Physician's 73rd Annual Scientific Assembly

Where: Embassy Suites La Vista Conference Center, 12520 Westport Pkwy, La Vista, NE  68128

When: March 25-27, 2021

We would like to ask each of the Nebraska Family Medicine Residency Program Directors to select one resident to present a case study at the conference that will be of interest and education to our meeting attendees. Again, this year each resident will have 30 minutes to present which will include a few minutes of that time to allow for question and answers. This opportunity will assist the residents in fulfilling their residency requirement of scholarly activity, while gaining exposure at the same time. One of the requirements for their presentation to our attendees will be to provide a basic power point for their presentation. The power point will need to be sent to the NAFP office early-March to allow for the NAFP staff to put the meeting syllabus together. PLEASE complete the form below to reserve a spot for the presentation at the Fall meeting. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW IS MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2021.

When will the residents present at the meeting? Two (2) thirty minute openings are offered from 11:00 am–Noon  on Thursday, March 25, 2021 and two (2) thirty minute openings are offered from 3:45 pm–4:45 pm on Friday, March 26, 2021. If there is a preference between the time slots for the resident to present, please choose the appropriate time below. These slots will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
