 ble that include free registration and a stipend to help fund your travel 
 expenses and hotel stay.  Students must apply online.  Block off the weeke
 nd on your calendar and apply today.  Scholarships will be limited by the 
 total funds available and awarded in the order that applications are recei
 ved\, so don’t wait!  The deadline to apply online is August 18. Questions

  the momentum of nationwide health care change\, to a system that provides
  access to high quality primary care to improve outcomes and lives for all
