We ask that each Family Medicine Residency Program recruit 3 Family Medicine Residents to participate in this activity in conjunction with the NAFP's 74th Annual Scientific Assembly (March 24-26, 2022). Please complete the team information below and submit by January 15, 2022. Kim, from the NAFP office, will be in contact with the team representative as the date gets closer. Dr. Douglas Martin from Iowa will MC the event. The NAFP will award the winning Residency program team a “traveling” trophy at the conclusion of the activity as well as a trophy that will remain at the program permanently! Along with the trophy comes the “bragging rights” for that program until the spring meeting in 2023. The NAFP hopes to continue to make this a yearly event and therefore, bragging rights will be challenged each year!
Residents are encouraged to register for the entire conference (only $25) at www.nebrafp.org.
If faculty and/or residents from your program wish to cheer their team on and attend the dinner (and will not be registering for the Scientific Assembly) we ask that they call our office and sign up for the meal (402.505.9198). The meal is free to all residents and students, there will be a $25.00 fee for all others.
