Cornhusker Canadian Clinic Conference 2024
Mark your calendars for the 2024 Cornhusker Canadian Clinic Conference, June 1-6, 2024. The lodging and conference sessions take place at Big Whiteshell Lodge with fishing at Crow Duck Lake located at 5 Spring Hill Dr., Sunnyside, Manitoba, Canada, R5R 0A4. Big Whiteshell is a 13-hour drive from Lincoln, NE, about 2.5 hours east of Winnipeg, MB.

Important Information & Payment Options
All will need to purchase a fishing license from Manitoba after April 1, 2024. Please print the license and bring a copy with you. You will need a park permit if you plan to go to more places than the lodge or resort. More information to come later on this subject.
DEPOSIT: $750.00 is due no later than December 1, 2023.
TOTAL COST FOR THE CONFERENCE: $2,299.00 (including deposit)
Due to the limited number of conference attendee spots available, early submission is encouraged. Those received first will be given first consideration.
Please plan to bring cash for gratuities.

If paying by credit card email Kim Palmer at the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians (nafpadmin@nebrafp.org) and you will be sent an invoice with a link to pay.
