ALL EXHIBITOR SPOTS ARE FULL FOR 2023

Exhibit Fees: Saturday, November 18, 2023 - $500.00
*Space is limited to 10 exhibitors. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event.*

Exhibit Space Includes: 8’ table (covered and skirted), 2 chairs, 1 complimentary electrical outlet, and internet access.

PREMIER SPOTS ARE FULL FOR 2023 - PREMIER Exhibit Fees: Saturday, November 18, 2023 - $800.00
*Space is limited to 2 premier exhibitors. Exhibit space is located in the higher traffic areas of the hallway, right outside the conference room.*

Exhibit Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Set up any time after 7:00 a.m.) These hours are subject to change as the conference is planned around the tailgate for the Husker football game. The time for the football game on November 18th has not yet been determined or released.

On November 18th, the exhibit hall hours will run from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please note that this conference is a more informal style meeting than our Spring conference, so it is up to you what time you want to begin exhibiting in the morning. This exhibiting event, held at a smaller venue, provides for a more intimate setting with only 10-12 exhibitors, so you have more one-on-one time with our physicians.

Sponsorship Information

The following opportunities are available for your company to support conference activities. (Each line item is a separate sponsorship opportunity.) Your support will be recognized in the syllabus, through signage and announcements at the event, and in the Cornhusker Family Physician. Thank you, in advance, for your support.
