Exhibit and Sponsor at the 2026 NAFP Fall Conference & Family Weekend!

The Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians (NAFP) invites you to exhibit and/or sponsor our 31st Annual Fall Conference and Family Weekend! This year's event with exhibitor opportunities will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, NE.

This laid-back conference is a fantastic opportunity to connect with approximately 60 Family Physicians from across Nebraska in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.

What to Expect

Our conference is centered around the Husker football game, so while the date is set, please be aware that the exact times of the event are subject to change, sometimes even up to the week of the conference. We'll keep you informed as soon as the schedule is verified.

Exhibitor Information

  • Exhibit Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
    • While the conference officially starts at 7:50 a.m. with opening remarks, the morning exhibiting hours are flexible, allowing you to begin when it suits you.
    • There will be one structured 30-minute break and additional time before the tailgate for you to visit with attendees.

Space is limited at this conference to the first 24 exhibitors, so register early to secure your spot!

Your support will be recognized in the syllabus, through signage and announcements at the event, and in the Cornhusker Family Physician. Thank you, in advance, for your support.
