Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. noon. Rooms are made available for check-in as they become available but cannot be guaranteed prior to 4:00 p.m.
24 Hour Reservation Cancellation Policy: Guest room reservations must be canceled prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations after this time will be billed for the first night's room charge plus tax. Those reservations that no-show the first night will be cancelled for any additional nights. Any reservation cancelled must obtain a cancellation number to verify the reservation was cancelled. Advance deposits or no-show charges cannot be refunded without cancellation documentation.
