Apply for a scholarship
Student scholarships are available that include free registration and a stipend to help fund your travel expenses and hotel stay. Students must apply online. Block off the weekend on your calendar and apply today. Scholarships will be limited by the total funds available and awarded in the order that applications are received, so don’t wait! About Family Medicine Midwest
Launched in 2012, the Family Medicine Midwest Foundation has a core mission of identifying and supporting students interested in family medicine. We are committed to communicating the value of family medicine to practicing colleagues, future colleagues and the public. This conference will capitalize on the momentum of nationwide health care change, to a system that provides access to high quality primary care to improve outcomes and lives for all patients. Together we will:
• Showcase Midwest family medicine residencies
• Provide a forum for scholarly work and research presentations (CV builders!)
• Highlight community-based practice and best practice sharing
• Promote cooperative and collaborative health care innovation
The Family Medicine Midwest Foundation states are: Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians is the meeting management organization for Family Medicine Midwest.
