The 26th Fall Conference & Family Weekend will be October 16-17, 2021 at the Lied Lodge & Conference Center in Nebraska City, NE.

For the past 25 years, the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians has invited members and their families to attend an educational retreat in Nebraska City, the home of Arbor Day. This two-day CME conference is combined with family activities, such as a football tailgate and Arbor Day themed fun to allow physicians to both earn CME credit and relax with their family.
